Spectacular View: Norikura Crowned with Snow Along the Metoba River!
On November 22nd, as I strolled along the Metoba River, I caught sight of ‘Norikura,’ its peaks adorned with snow. Although I had traversed this river path many times before, I hadn’t realized that I was gazing at Norikura.
(Surrounded by enthusiasts who have a fondness for mountain climbing, a pursuit I have yet to undertake, I don’t possess extensive knowledge about it, but I presume that’s ‘Norikura’.) The news of snowfall in the Alps had made headlines the day prior, compelling me to attend the concert—timing couldn’t have been better.

I always begin my morning jog around the city whenever I stay overnight
I start upstream along the Metoba River, pass through the Asahimachi Campus, check the bulletin board of the Faculty of Humanities, glance up at the Komakusa Dormitory, greet the Pink Mansion, descend Fukashi High School toward Arikazaki, traverse the castle, pass through Shihashira Shrine and Nawate Street, and finally head to the inn, this time at ‘Hotel Ikeda-ya at Nakamachi.’
A special highlight is the pre-dawn eastern sky in front of the Pink Mansion where Venus shines brightly!

Dawn at Matsumoto Castle!
This year, there has been a noticeable influx of inbound photographers capturing the essence of the castle. Among them, there were even models dressed as samurai. It’s possible they could be part of a new Netflix movie, though I’m not entirely certain.

Afterword
Thank you very much for reading the above to the end.
